25+ years of machining
O.M.T. d.o.o. has been engaged in metal machining in the European Union and the Republic of Croatia for more than 25 years. The company was founded in 1997; its founders Ivan Sokač and Stanislav Vadas are also its managing directors. The company is headquartered in Ivanovec, Mihovila Pavleka Miškine 22, Croatia.
Continuous quality improvement
Since our founding, we have followed our development strategy, continuously adopting new technologies and strictly demanding the highest quality. We are extremely proud of the skills of our employees and the quality of our products and services. We place special emphasis on employee satisfaction, providing a motivating work environment and continuous training and development.
The company operates more than 35 CNC machines in a 2000 m² production area and employs 70 people.
Industries we supply
Our production programme is based on parts for the printing industry, construction machinery, railway vehicles, mining machinery and equipment, the automotive industry, energy, mechanical engineering and the laser industry.
Our parts are at work across Europe and in the USA
99% of our deliveries go to customers in Europe. Precision-machined parts from Ivanovec are built into machines and vehicles in eight European countries, and part of our production is also delivered to the USA.

Milling, turning and grinding
Metal machining is our core business. On more than 35 CNC machines from leading manufacturers we produce precision parts from single pieces to series production, with automation and quality control at every stage.
Milling
- Simultaneous 5-axis machining – 12 machines (DMG Mori, Mori Seiki, Doosan, Brother)
- Maximum workpiece dimensions 2000 × 800 × 850 mm
- Pallet systems with 2–14 pallets for series production

Turning
- Maximum dimensions ø 480 × 1240 mm
- Drilling and milling on lathes
- Steady rest for long parts, clamping ø 20–200 mm
- Bar feeder up to ø 42 mm – DMG Mori, Mazak, Okuma, Toyoda
Grinding
- Grinding of flat and cylindrical surfaces
- Tight tolerances and high surface quality
- Finishing of parts after heat treatment
- Complete part manufacturing in one place
We produce with our own solar power plant
A solar power plant for our own use has been installed on the roof of our building, with a total installed capacity of 300 kW. We have also introduced LED lighting, heat pumps instead of gas heating, and new energy-efficient machines.
The result is production with a lower environmental impact: less energy from the grid, lower CO₂ emissions and a higher share of recycled raw materials – with the same precision our customers expect from us.
Awards and certificates
O.M.T. received the “Golden Marten” (Zlatna kuna) award of the Croatian Chamber of Economy for business success in Međimurje County – in 2018 in the small companies category and in 2022 and 2023 in the medium-sized companies category. We have held the AAA gold certificate of credit excellence from 2015 to 2026, confirming many years of systematic, high-quality work that places us at the very top of the Croatian economy. Our quality management system has been certified to ISO 9001 (TÜV NORD) since 2014, currently to the ISO 9001:2015 edition.
