We actively follow calls for proposals and invest in development
O.M.T. d.o.o. continuously monitors calls for grants from European Union funds and actively takes part in them. We apply with projects that strengthen the company's production capacity, technological equipment and competitiveness in the long term — from new machines and measuring equipment, through the construction of a production hall and renewable energy sources, to the development of our own innovative products and employee training.
Project “Transition of O.M.T. to resource-efficient business”
Investment in new energy- and resource-efficient machines, a 51 kWp solar power plant, LED lighting and heat pumps. CO₂ emissions reduced by 45.60%, 50 jobs preserved and conditions created for 10 new employees.
Project “Transition of O.M.T. to energy- and resource-efficient business”
Green technologies (CNC machine tools and a pallet cell), a solar power plant and the circular economy. Energy efficiency of operations increased by 42.61%, 47 jobs preserved and 10 new ones created.
SOF – Storage of future: modular, smart cabinet
Joint development of a modular smart storage cabinet with RFID identification and an in-house developed IoT application, in cooperation with partners TAGnology d.o.o. and Csejtei FEM VILL Kft.
Investment in the development of O.M.T. d.o.o.
Construction of a new 604.64 m² production hall and acquisition of new technology – a DMG MORI CLX 450, a KASTO WIN 4.6 automatic band saw and a MITUTOYO height gauge – along with employee training.
Apprenticeship for craft occupations
Training of students in the shortage occupation of turner through the apprenticeship system – student awards, mentor compensation and procurement of measuring equipment for training in machining processes.
Modernisation of the technological facilities of O.M.T.
Acquisition of new technological equipment – an induction shrink-fit unit for tools, a 3D coordinate measuring machine, a laser marking system and a workstation – along with professional training of employees and promotional activities.
