Milling, turning, finishing and inspection – managed by one team, with clear deadlines. 36 CNC machines, 5-axis machining up to 2000 × 800 × 850 mm and turning up to ø 480 × 1270 mm.
Five steps to delivery
26 machining centres, 10 of them 5-axis
3–5-axis machining on state-of-the-art machines with dimensions up to 2000 × 800 × 850 mm. Pallet systems with 2–14 pallets enable series jobs without downtime, and the DMG MORI DMF 200|8 enables simultaneous 5-axis machining of larger products.
10 lathes, 6 with driven tools
Turning + milling up to ø 480 × 1270 mm. The Y-axis and driven tools allow drilling and milling in a single setup, the steady rest supports long parts, and the bar feeder enables automated series production.
Surface and cylindrical grinding in-house

In addition to our own machining, we organise complete finishing of parts by trusted partners, so the customer receives a finished part.

More about qualityPrecision slots on the CABE ST4-410 slotting machine
For internal and external slots we use the 4-axis CNC slotting machine CABE ST4-410 (Italy, 2023) with FANUC 0i-MF control. The servo-driven Z-axis ensures a constant cutting speed over the entire stroke, while the rotary table (C-axis) allows helical and multiple slots in a single setup.
